Xyeng TCHA, pr\u00e9sident de la communaut\u00e9 hmong d\u2019Ile et Vilaine (b\u00e9ret noir)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Il convient de rappeler que plus de 300 familles,\u00a0fuyant le communisme \u00e0 partir de 1975, vivent aujourd\u2019hui en Bretagne. Plusieurs d\u2019entre elles,\u00a0par\u00e9es pour l\u2019occasion de leurs\u00a0costumes\u00a0traditionnels chatoyants (cf.
